The person behind HiveWeaver.

HiveWeaver is a one-person project. Behind the engine, the showcases and this site there is one person — let me introduce myself.

Who I am

My name is Norbert Rosenwinkel. I'm a software developer and architect from Hanover, Germany — and ever since 1984, when I got my first computer at the age of eleven, the fascination with logical puzzles and programming has never let me go.

I've been working as a self-employed software developer since 1995, and since 2000 I've been running crosslabs GmbH. Over more than 30 years I've delivered projects across the most diverse industries — from reinsurance, energy and logistics to healthcare, for small craft businesses as well as international corporations.

Today my focus is on artificial intelligence: I build AI agents and RAG systems and advise companies on deploying AI meaningfully and securely.

Why HiveWeaver?

HiveWeaver is my answer to a question that won’t let me go: what emerges when you give AI agents not a task, but a world? The experiment grew into a platform — simulation, automation, and the burden of proof both of them need.

Everything about it is a one-person project: the engine, the Studio, the showcases, this site. The most public proof runs around the clock — a radio station the platform operates itself, with every thought visible.

To the showcases

Professionally

Software development, architecture and AI consulting are what I do with my company crosslabs — guiding businesses from the idea to a production AI system.
